Hash-brown breakfast burrito 🌯

If you love this burrito as much as I do. Here is how to re-create it! Vegetarian/Vegan Friendly version. 🟢

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp

pepper

1/2 tsp

paprika

1 tbs

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add 1 tbs of oil to a frying pan. Defrost and and head up hash brown Pattie’s. I chop them up with the spatula to creat a potato mixture and let them fry up crispy.

* Step 2

Beat eggs until well combined together. Add to potato mixture.

* Step 3

Add in salt, pepper, and paprika. Add 3 tbs of salsa to the mixture. Mix until eggs are cooked through and potatos are well combined. Remove from heat.

* Step 4

Place egg and potato mixture on tortilla and add cheeses. Roll tightly into burrito.

* Step 5

In a separate pan grill both sides of the burrito. Let cool. And enjoy!
