Spinach & Mushroom Omelette

Ingredient

pepper

1 tablespoon

olive oil

1 cup

spinach

1/2 cup

mushrooms

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 C

* Step 2

Beat egg whites until frothy, add salt and beat until stiff

* Step 3

Beat yolks until thick, add pepper and cottage cheese and beat until well blended

* Step 4

Fold egg whites into yolks, add mushrooms and spinach and cook for 3 minutes on pan until the bottom is lightly browned

* Step 5

Cook in oven for 15 minutes
