Low calorie pancakes

This recipe is really easy and only 230 calories for the whole batch! I got this recipe off Twitter but I don’t want them to get negative attention for this recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
1/2 cup

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk together ingredients until there are few lumps

* Step 2

Cook on griddle or stove at 350°F (176°C), flipping when bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes

* Step 3

Let cool and serve! I had mine with grape jam but you can add whatever you would like to yours, if you don’t mind the added calories <3
