Avocado Salad
This can be a snack or lunch for one or 2 people. It's good for people with thyroid issues (avocados) and easy to make.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I like to start the plate with a bit of salt, EVOO, red onion and the juice from one lime.
* Step 2
My EVOO is red because I use a spicy one
* Step 3
Half avocado then remove pit
* Step 4
Add chopped avocado on top of mixture
* Step 5
Finish with a bit more EVOO, salt and pepper. Then mix well and enjoy
* Step 6
I've seen pinapple added to this and it's just as good with regular EVOO. Or you could try a lime EVOO.
