Italian Sausage Pasta Bake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In Dutch oven, cook sausage until half done. Add mushrooms and red peppers and cook until done.
* Step 2
Stir in 5 cups marinara, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
* Step 3
Transfer to Pyrex dish. Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Freeze.
* Step 4
When prepping to eat, thaw overnight. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook 8 oz pasta, add to casserole. Cook in 30 minute increments until done (160°).
