Deep-Fried Bitter Melon Seasoned with Garlic & Cheese
Add a tasty twist to your usual bitter melon.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bitter melon in half and remove the seeds and insides. Cut into 5 mm wide slices and sprinkle with salt. Soak in water to remove the bitter taste.
* Step 2
Place the ★ ingredients into a plastic bag and shake to combine.
* Step 3
Dry off the bitter melon slices and add to the bag. Add air to the bag and shake. Coat neatly with the powder.
* Step 4
Heat oil to 170°C and deep-fry the bitter melon for 2-3 minutes. Once they are crisply fried, they're done.
