This is a marinade that could easily be made with store brand sushi vinegar.
You can also make this using store-bought marinade powder.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mince the onion.
* Step 2
Combine the onion and all of the flavoring ingredients in a bowl. Stir together and it's done!
* Step 3
This is amazing to eat as a sandwich or on a hot dog. In that case, let it sit for awhile after making it, then thoroughly drain the excess moisture.
* Step 4
You can use this marinated onion to make an easy chicken nanban with sushi vinegar and tartar sauce.
* Step 5
