Energizing Green Smoothie with Avocado

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Use a ripe avocado with black skin that is slightly soft when pressed.

Peel the avocado and remove the pit.

Remove the seeds. (Slicing it in half, helps you locate the seeds more easily.)

Remove the stem from the apple. Cut it into chunks with the peel on.

* Step 6

Roughly chop the spinach into 5cm pieces.

* Step 7

Add the fruit to the blender, starting with the softest, then add the spinach.

* Step 8

Add the water and blend until smooth.
