Egg Boiled in 100 ml of Water
Anything, from vegetables to pasta, can be boiled in a small amount of water in a frying pan with a lid. So I wondered if I could boil an egg this way too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the eggs and the 100 ml of water in the frying pan, put the lid on, and turn the heat to high. Turn it down to low when it starts to steam, and leave to cook for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Remove from the heat, leave the lid on, and let the eggs cook on residual heat for 5 minutes to finish.
* Step 3
To make a soft-boiled egg, remove it from the pan right after Step 1. If you'd prefer it hard boiled, leave it for 10 minutes after removing from the heat. The egg in the photo was left for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
