Homemade Ponzu Sauce
Sometimes I run out of ponzu and don't have time to go to the store, so I make this.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and mirin in a pot and heat.
* Step 2
Don't let it boil much. Remove from the heat once it starts to bubble. Let cool.
* Step 3
Once cooled, add your favorite citrus juice.
* Step 4
If using mirin seasoning, you can just mix it. If you use hon-mirin, but don't mind the alcohol, you don't need to heat it.
* Step 5
It's done! Store in a container.

I used it on some bonito!!
* Step 7
It's also great with karaage!!
