Italian sausage farfalle

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil pasta with a pinch of salt

* Step 2

While pasta boils dice garlic, onions and mushrooms and set aside.

* Step 3

Chope spinach and Italian sausage.

* Step 4

When pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.

* Step 5

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil

* Step 6

Add mushrooms then spinach, then Italian sausages.

* Step 7

When spinach is wilted, stir in pasta sauce, and add cherry tomatoes.

* Step 8

Add chopped basil and Italian seasoning to taste.

* Step 9

Add pasta and stir well.

* Step 10

Top with parmesan.
