Quick Seasoned Cabbage Leaves
This is a great way to enjoy plenty of tasty spring cabbage.
I tried to recreate the cabbage dish served at a certain Korean barbecue restaurant.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
* Step 2
Put the cabbage in a plastic bag.
* Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
* Step 5
Chill in the refrigerator for as long as desired.
* Step 6
With a touch of sesame oil, the flavors come together and the cabbage turns nice and glossy.
* Step 7
Sprinkle on sesame seeds and it's ready to serve.
