Quick Seasoned Cabbage Leaves

This is a great way to enjoy plenty of tasty spring cabbage. I tried to recreate the cabbage dish served at a certain Korean barbecue restaurant.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Put the cabbage in a plastic bag.

Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil.

Shake up the bag.
Image step 4

* Step 5

Chill in the refrigerator for as long as desired.

With a touch of sesame oil, the flavors come together and the cabbage turns nice and glossy.

Sprinkle on sesame seeds and it's ready to serve.
