Green Pepper and Tuna with Grated Carrot Ponzu
You can also use store-bought ponzu soy sauce to make it even simpler. If you use seasonal fruits, you can make a fragrant ponzu.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut into long strips. Wrap with plastic and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 2
When wilted and tender, let cool while still wrapped.
* Step 3
Once cooled, gently drain the liquid from the canned tuna, mix with the green peppers, and mix with 3-4 tablespoons of the ponzu. Don't squeeze the green peppers.
* Step 4
