Baby Food Snack Milky Kabocha Squash Jello

I thought up this snack because I wanted my daughter, who is in the midst of weaning, to be able to easily eat something nutritious on a hot day.

Ingredient

100 grams

Kabocha squash

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Completely dissolve the gelatin powder in 50 ml of hot water.

* Step 2

Remove the skin from the kabocha and cut into pieces. Microwave to soften (I microwaved at 600 W for 3 minutes)

* Step 3

Mash the kabocha in a blender or pass through a strainer.

* Step 4

Combine the formula, Step 1, and Step 3 in a bowl and place over a bowl of ice water. Mix with a whisk.

* Step 5

When the mixture has become cooled and thick, pour into a container and chill it in the refrigerator so that it hardens.

* Step 6

This hardness is perfect for babies who are in the middle of eating solids.
