Easy Mole Recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In water add onion and cloves and boil chicken until done. About 20 minutes or less. In pressure cooker I just put on poultry option.
* Step 2
When done remove the chicken broth. Put one cup chicken broth with mole and peanut butter in blender. You can also add a toasted tortilla to the mix for an earthier taste. Then add to chicken and put it on low simmer to keep it warm.
* Step 3
Ready to eat. This dish is side with red Mexican rice. I have the rice posted as a different recipe. You can eat with corn or flour tortilla.
