Mexican Shepard's Pie

I love basic dishes, Which tacos and shepherds pie can be very basic. So one day I just decided to combine them...enjoy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

Under an hour
1 Can

corn

1 1/2 cups

cold water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First step just make some taco meat. Add beef to a pan till brown, pour out the fat then add your seasoning packets and water...stir to combine and let simmer.

* Step 2

Start cooking your tatter tots, following bag instructions. I usually cook them to about 90 or 95% done.

* Step 3

When both the tots and tacos are cooked to your liking, pour the meat into a large casserole dish, then pop open your can of corn and pour it over the taco meat.

* Step 4

As this point you can add your tater tots as is if you want to but I like adding them to a bowl and smashing them up a bit then add them to the top of the casserole dish.

* Step 5

Preheat the oven to 325 and then heat the entire dish for 20-30 mins before serving.
