I adapted a method for cooking frozen udon noodles from instructions listed on a udon maker's website.

* Step 1
Take the udon noodles out of the bag and run it under water. Put the noodles on a heatproof dish and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at 500-600 W.
* Step 2
Microwave ovens vary, so heat up the noodles while keeping an eye on them.
