Egg-Free Moist Chocolate Muffins

I wanted to have moist muffins without using eggs.

Ingredient

○Cake flour

60 grams

Margarine

55 grams

Sugar

120 grams

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring the margarine to room temperature.

* Step 2

Mix the ○ dry ingredients with a whisk.

Fill the muffin tin with the batter. If you fill the tins to the top, they will come out of the oven shaped like cute mushrooms.
