Smoked Whole Chicken
Easy and tasty recipe to use your Dijon that is sitting on your fridge door.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the Dijon mustard, salt and oil on top of the whole chicken. Make it sure you add extra Dijon inside the chicken, so it becomes a sauce later.
* Step 2
I use the traeger grill to smoke for two hours.
* Step 3
Set the heat to maximum until its well cooked.
* Step 4
You can serve after slicing it in multiple pieces.
