Sig's Avocado/Chicken Liver Pate with Fruit Chutney
I had avocado to use up and wanted to mix different flavours and textures.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scope out the avocado and mix it well with the pate
* Step 2
Drizzle in the lemon juice until nice and smooth and still spreadable. Set aside and chill for 15 minutes
* Step 3
Slice the bread rollspread, spread each open sides with the pate.
* Step 4
Add the lettuce on one side first with the lettuce, then add a spoonfuls of chutney and then the mandarine
