sig's Honey,Brandy and Rum glazed Nectarines

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
cut nectarines into halves , remove stone , brush the cut side with honey mix, place cut side up under broiler. or cut side down onto griddle pan. Cook either way until warm and slightly charred, but still firm. About 5-10 minutes depending on sice of fruit
* Step 2
serve with either icecream, creme fraiche or cream as an option.
* Step 3
Drizzle leftover honey and brandy/rum mixture and serve
