tomatoes

1 slice

white cheese

1 tbsp

chia seeds

3 tbsp

mayonnaise

2 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Turn broiler on high

* Step 2

Place halved loaf in until browned slightly

* Step 3

Combine tuna, onion, lemon juice, salt, chia, mayonnaise, artichoke together in bowl

* Step 4

Spread mixture evenly onto one of the slices.

* Step 5

Lay slice of cheese and tomato on other slice

* Step 6

Place back into broiler until cheese is melted
