Ingredient

Soy sauce

1/2 tbsp.

Fish sauce

1/4 tsp.

Salt

Prawn

30 g.

Ginger

30 g.

Galangal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chopped Garlic and Galangal and fry on low heat until starting turn color then remove β€’ add crispy garlic and galangal oil for stock β€’ add water and coriander root and bring it too boil β€’ blanch prawn and transfer to cold water to keep it firm.

Use prawn shell for stock (if don't have no problem) β€’ Do not boil prawn shell too long stock will turn black β€’ add cooked rice and seasoning with Salt + soy sauce + fish sauce and rock sugar β€’ add prawn at last one β€’ Done !πŸ˜‹
