Summer seafood salad

Made this up with what I had available. Best if made without low-fat ingredients. A great dish for a warm summer evening dinner.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

1+ hours preparing and 1+ hours chilling
3/4 Cup

Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup

Sour Cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice Scallops and Shrimp into bite-sized pieces.

* Step 2

Bring the Clam Juice to a high simmer and add the Shrimp, cover.

* Step 3

Gently simmer for 2 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon.

* Step 4

Repeat with the Scallops.

* Step 5

Blend the Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Mustard, Lemon Juice, and Dill Weed.

* Step 6

Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

* Step 7

Fold in the Scallops and Shrimp and refrigerate for at least an hour.

* Step 8

Serve on Romaine Leaves and a good Chardonnay.
