Mike's 8 Onion Bagel Spread Or Party Dip
Since we're having a block party this weekend, my students were asked to create an original dip or spread. This was one of my favorites! Great work KC at only 8 years old! She also took her own photos!
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop all vegetables and add to pan. Add the 1/2 package of Lipton only if you want some serious onion flavor. If not, omit.
* Step 2
Sauté in butter and oil for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Allow to cool and add to cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Mix well and chill. Add milk or extra sour cream if you'd like to thin spread for a dip.
* Step 4
Serve with fresh crispy onion bagels, various vegetables, thick chips or crackers. Enjoy!
