Thai Soldier Long Beans

Delicious flavors blend well! I picked these up at the flea market.

Ingredient

1 stick

butter

6 cloves

garlic

1 teaspoon

kosher salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and remove ends of beans. The cut the beans in half.

* Step 2

Peel the slice the garlic. Melt the butter in a skillet.

* Step 3

When melted add the onions and garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes then add the beans.

* Step 4

Sauté for 20 minutes. Let sit in the juices for 15 minutes covered.
