Brad's Caesar tomatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut top and bottom of tomatoes flat. Cut in half. Place in a small baking dish. Sprinkle a little salt on each half.
* Step 2
Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
* Step 3
Place one slice of prosciutto on each tomato half.
* Step 4
Top with Parmesan cheese.
* Step 5
Put a couple basil leaves on top of each.
* Step 6
Bake at 425 for around 15 minutes. Or until tomatoes are tender.
* Step 7
Remove from oven and plate. Drizzle with a little more dressing.
* Step 8
Serve immediately. Enjoy.
