Asian style meatball dish
Been craving Asian food so I whipped something up randomly
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the meatballs in the microwave if they're frozen, or if homemade prep them first fully.
* Step 2
Start making the rice while meatballs cook
* Step 3
Cook the spinach with the onion, and butter and half the garlic powder until wilted, but still vibrant
* Step 4
Add half of a stick of butter to a small pot and melt before gradually whisking in flour until thickness increases to a paste
* Step 5
Quickly add 1/2 cup of mirin while whisking, then 1/2 a cup of soy, the lemon juice, Onion power, the remaining garlic, and ginger. Also add the chives/green onions
* Step 6
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer while stirring until rice is done. (About 5 minutes?) Then remove from heat
* Step 7
Mix the eggs, mirin, soy, and a 1/4 of the butter in a pan on medium heat. Stir until eggs are scrambled well
* Step 8
Add the spinach/onions and the meatballs to the pan and mix well for about 5 minutes on medium.
* Step 9
Add finished dish to a place or bowl of white rice, then spoon on sauce to your liking
