Brad's Siracha brown sugar bbq ribs

I served this with bacon swiss mashed potatoes and broccoli with hollandaise sauce

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 1/2 lbs

pork spare ribs

1 1/2 cups

bbq sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Par boil ribs in chicken broth. Simmer until meat starts to get tender. Up to 2 hrs

* Step 2

When ribs are done, mix the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat just until brown sugar dissolves.

* Step 3

Place ribs in a baking dish. Smother with sauce. Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes. Until sauce makes a nice glaze.

* Step 4

Serve and enjoy
