Brad's knock off McDonald's bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle

Ingredient

bacon, chopped

3/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook bacon in a frying pan. Remove before it gets real crispy

* Step 2

Mix pancake batter and water. Add drained bacon to batter.

* Step 3

Heat a pan on med low. When hot, rub with butter.

* Step 4

Crack an egg in the middle of the pan. Spread batter over the top. When edges get dry and middle is bubbly, flip

* Step 5

Plate pancake, add cheese and smother in syrup. Serve and enjoy.
