Brad's chile verde stuffed portabello

I had some left over chile verde that needed to get used. So I threw this together.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

20 mins
1 slice

smoked gouda

2 slices

deli honey ham

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the stem from the mushroom. With a spoon, scrape out the ribs. Discard both.

* Step 2

Lay a slice of gouda in bottom of cap.

* Step 3

Fill cap with chile verde. Top with ham slices.

* Step 4

Place American cheese on top, then sprinkle with parmesan.

* Step 5

Bake at 350 for 20 -25 min.
