Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F and ready a roasting tray
* Step 2
Combine the orange juice, zest, oil and maple syrup in a large bowl. Set aside
* Step 3
Cut the brussel sprouts in half and add to the bowl. Coat well in the orange mixture
* Step 4
Spread out on the roasting tray, season well with salt & pepper and put in the oven for 40 minutes, shaking the tray now and again until the edges of the sprouts are turning golden
* Step 5
Spoon the sprouts into a serving dish and gently mix the dried cranberries through. Serve immediately
