Garlic Prawn Stir-Fry with Spinach & Peppers, GF DF EF SF NF

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spray a frying pan lightly with oil and set over a medium high heat
* Step 2
Fry the pepper for 1 minute
* Step 3
Add the raw prawns and fry 1 more minute
* Step 4
Add the garlic and fish sauce and fry another minute
* Step 5
Throw in the spinach and wilt for 1 final minute. Stir through the chilli flakes
