Vickys Easy Banana & Peach Crumble, GF DF EF SF NF
Quick baked dessert and the filling doesn't need any added sugar compared to my other crumbles listed
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat your oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375°F
* Step 2
Put the peach and banana slices in the bottom of an overproof dish and add the water /juice
* Step 3
Rub together the flour and butter with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs
* Step 4
Add the sugar and gently combine
* Step 5
Spoon the crumble topping over the fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden
* Step 6
Serve with custard, cream or ice cream on the side. Please see my profile for dairy, egg & soy-free versions of all of these
