Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Brown chicken in olive oil until cooked through in stock/ Dutch oven

* Step 2

Combine peppers and leeks, simmer for 2 minutes

Add tomatoes and beans with juice

* Step 4

Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours or until thicken.

* Step 5

Once thicken, add cheese. Mix well.

* Step 6

Serve as is.
