This cake is so darn good and incredibly easy!! The cake mix and ice cream possibilities are endless!! We went with white cake and vanilla ice cream so we could dye it green for St Patty's day.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven following cake box instruction.
* Step 2
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl using a whisk or hand mixer. Just the cake mix, eggs and melted ice cream! Bake following cake box instructions.
* Step 3
Melt icing in microwave for 20 seconds, add milk, mix well and drizzle over cake.
