I love this sopes you can make them bigger or you can add any other toppings as you plz there are endless possibilities.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

30 mins
3 cup

water

1 oz

bacon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the flour and salt then add water gradually till you get a nice smooth consistency

* Step 2

Form a small ball then use a press to make a round shape bout 1/2 an inch the cook on a griddle for about 1 minute each side

* Step 3

Add oil then brown both sides and set aside

* Step 4

Sauteed onions, bacon and tomatoes for bout 1 minute or till onions are translucent.

* Step 5

Place onions, bacon and tomatoes on the sope add cheese if you like and enjoy!
