Detox Cleansing Green Berry Smoothie

I love this smoothie. Perfect for breakfast and in between meal snack! Makes 3 (12-16oz) servings. I dont have time for breakfast most mornings (my husband and i are always rushing and running around) and this helps keeps me full until lunch and if i get cravings sipping on this keeps the sweets at bay, it tastes as good as it is for your body. And you just feel lighter and healthier when you drink this daily. It really helps you go to restroom too (from flaxseed) try it also after a workout.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the water (and juice if your adding OJ) and spinach into a blender. Blend for 1 minute.

* Step 2

Add apples (and banana if your adding), mixed frozen berries, flaxseed (and/or chia seeds), and the stevia. Blend for 1-2min until well blended.

* Step 3

**if you like your smoothies less chunky, add another cupof water and blend an extra minute.

* Step 4

Substitute options: you can easily substitute spinach for mixed greens or kale if you dont have any on hand. And berries can be any other frozen fruit (peaches, pineapple, papaya, grapes, etc)
