Cream-filled Donut Poppers
This time I left the biscuits whole filled with coconut cream pudding, then dipped in a powdered sugar glaze then in shredded coconut and nuts. So easy!!! :positive
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Unroll biscuits and cut each into fourths. Roll each piece into a ball.
* Step 2
Prepare pudding mix according to directions.
* Step 3
In medium pot heat oil to 350°
* Step 4
Fry about 4-5 balls at a time, turning to brown on all sides.
* Step 5
Take straight from oil to cinnamon sugar mixture and toss to coat.
* Step 6
Carefully inject each popper with pudding mixture.
