Brenda's Energy Balls
Very easy and an excellent quick snack!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour peanut butter and honey in Med bowl and microwave for 20 seconds to soften.
* Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and mix to coat thoroughly.
* Step 3
Chill mixture for 30 minutes. Roll into balls and refrigerate. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
