Olive oil

Onion diced
1/2 tin
Butter Beans drained
1/2 Tsp
chilli Flakes
1/2 pint
Chicken stock
1/4 tsp
Cracked Black Pepper
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the oil to a frying pan heat up add the onion fry for 1 minute then add the crushed Garlic fry for 30 secounds stirring.
* Step 2
Next add the Sausage Meat mix in and cook for 3 minutes
* Step 3
Add the black pepper, chilli flakes salt and the butter beans mix in. Then pour the chicken stock over and mix.

In a greased oven dish add all the sausage mix. Then add the peppers and potatoes on top. I used the same pan that is ovenproof. Then add a little salt and more cracked black peppercorns
* Step 6
Add the dish to a preheated oven 180°C for 35 minutes
* Step 7
Take out let it cool a little then serve and Enjoy.
