Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the squares of Salmon
* Step 3
Melt the butter in the frying pan
* Step 4
Add the egg and using a wooden spatula keep turning the egg over to scramble
* Step 5
Just before the egg is fully cooked while still a bit moist add the salmon and turn the egg over it for 1 minute
* Step 6
Add to a serving plate add chopped chives, spring onion and a tiny amount of vinegar. Serve and Enjoy
