My fruity Bread Pudding in Vanilla Custard 😍

#pudding #Dessert #ComfortPuds We really enjoyed this as we love Custard it's so nice on any Pudding or pies. I thought I would make the bread pudding with it turned out amazing 😍

Ingredient

Milk

2 tbls

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the custard I used my amount because I want it thick not too runny. Add a tbls Custard Powder to a bowl and 6 tbls if the milk then add the sugar and mix together set aside.

Also add the 1 drop of Vanilla extract

Boil the milk in a saucepan and as it comes to the bowl then add the little mixed custard to the milk,quickly take off the heat and stir fast as it thickens. Done set aside. Add 2 drops of Vanilla extract stir in.

Break up the bread into large pieces add to an oven dish then add the fruit, it can be mixed fruit out of a tin just drain off the syrup leave a little then add to the bread and mix.

Or use a handful of mixed dried fruit add to the bread. Or fresh fruit cut up bananas, apple, Strawberries or any of these. I used a tin of peaches in syrup drained the syrup off and add it to the fridge make something with that later.

Mix in the bread then pour over the custard make sure all bread is covered. Add to Preheated oven 180Β°C for 20 minutes.

When browned a little on top take out let it cool and serve warm. Enjoy
