My Peppered Mushroom & Onion Omelette 🥰

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add both eggs to a bowl or jug and whisk then add milk whisk again then add the cracked black peppercorns
* Step 2
Add the butter to the frying pan then add the mushrooms spread them out fry the mushrooms and onion for 2 minutes, then pour over the Egg mix
* Step 3
Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat, add a little Tomato ketchup all over then add under the grill to cook the top just a little to set.
* Step 4
Bring out the omelette from under the grill when it's cooked a little on top. Roll the end carefully over itself so it's a roll.
* Step 5
Add to a serving plate and add some chopped Spring onion to Garnish
