Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the Strawberries sugar and lemon juice into a saucepan and bring the heat up slowly.
* Step 2
Stir and when it comes to the boil turn down to simmer and stir occasionally. Simmer for 7-9 minutes.
* Step 3
When it gets a gel like substance on top after 9 mins if not simmer for a further 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Wash and dry a jam pot with a airtight lid. Pour in the boiling jam then add the lid and add straight to the fridge. Leave until next day and Enjoy the way you want it.
