My Sweet Chilli Garlic Chicken, Mushrooms & Pasta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook your Chicken breasts in airfryer or oven. Then cut it into chunky pieces
* Step 2
Add the pasta to salted water and cook until all pasta is tender.
* Step 3
Dice the onion and crush the garlic
* Step 4
Add a little olive oil to the pan and add the onions fry for 1 minute then add the Garlic and fry for up to 2 minutes until you smell the garlic.
* Step 5
Next cut the mushrooms and add them the the onion garlic mix turn heat to medium and cook the mushrooms for 4 minutes.
* Step 6
Next add the sweet Chilli sauce and stir in then the mayonnaise and mix well together.
* Step 7
Add the cooked Chicken chunks and add a lid bring to the boil then turn down to simmer add a lid and cook for 5 minutes stirring throughout.
* Step 8
Drain off the water from the pasta and add the chopped sweet bell pepper mix in.
* Step 10
Add the pasta to the serving plates then add the chicken and mushroom on top spoon out the juices left and pour over the top.
* Step 12
Serve hot or warm and Enjoy
