Add the bacon grill to a tray with parchment paper underneath
* Step 2
Toast the inside of both muffins and butter them
* Step 3
Add the bottom Muffin to the serving plate add some Rocket lettuce on the bottom one
* Step 4
Next add the grilled bacon grill
* Step 6
Then add the Avocado slice
* Step 7
Then the poached egg and add the top Muffin and serve.
