Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry onion in bacon grease and Mash your boiled pinto beans. Gradually add reserved water to loosen up the beans as you mash
* Step 2
In a separate skillet pan fry your beef chorizo. Once fully cooked, combine with refried beans
* Step 3
Once fully combined, add your cheese of choice and mix
* Step 4
Add desired amount onto warmed tortilla, fold, and enjoy
