My Spicy Cheese + Onion over Hashbrowns πŸ˜ƒ #Sidedish

I wanted to make something quick and different so I came up with this. Hashbrowns half roasted then add sliced onion and a chedder cheese sauce and some Rainbow pepper and it was lovely. You could have this with chicken , pork or Beef . Or on it's own with a tomato salad.

40 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the hashbrown to an oven dish as big as to fit the hashbrown in. Then pour over about a tsp Chilli oil shared on each one. Then add the sliced onions

* Step 2

Add this to a preheated oven 180Β°C for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Make your cheese sauce ready. I had some in the fridge so I added a little more grated cheese to it.

* Step 4

Take out the hashbrowns then pour the cheese over each one. Add back to the oven on 200°°C for 5 - 10 minutes when all browned on top.

Leave to cool for 2 minutes then using a spoon pick up each hash brown and add to serving plates.
