Spinach Risotto πŸ’–

I love Risotto but making it annoys me standing and stirring but the end result makes up for it.#Lunch#mainmeal#Risotto

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large pan add the Water then add 3 veg stock cubes bring to the boil and keep it warm

* Step 2

In a heavy based pan add the 2 tbls butter heat up then add the Garlic and fry for 1 minute next add the Arborio rice and toast it for 5 minutes stirring. Then add the wine keep stirring until the rice has absorbed the wine.

* Step 3

Add 1 cup of veg stock and stir until the rice has absorbed the stock. Repeat 1 cup at a time until the rice is soft and creamy about 30 minutes.

* Step 4

Next add the baby spinach and stir until the spinach has wilted. Next add the 2 other tbls butter and the cup of parmesan grated cheese stir in and serve.
